Return & Refund Policy

Prior approval from Liquid Cheers is required for all merchandise returns.

Returns after 14 days from the original purchase/ship date will incur a 25% handling and restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Liquid Cheers extends the manufacturer’s warranty on all products to the original purchaser. Defective parts will be replaced on a no-charge basis, F.O.B. our warehouse and subject to inspection. The manufacturers are not responsible for parts damaged by alteration, unauthorized service, accident or abuse.

All labor, freight and/or loss of sales costs are incidental to the warranties and must be borne by the purchaser. Shipping costs to and from our facility is to be paid by the purchaser.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise

The responsibility of Liquid Cheers ceases upon acceptance of its products by the carrier. Any damage or loss sustained in shipment is the carrier’s responsibility. If any items are damaged, do not accept the shipment unless the carrier

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
